The Evening
Matusek Table comes to Birch Hill Country Club on 9/12 for a single night of fine dining on the first fairway. Chef Jack Matusek brings a four course steak dinner built around expertly sourced cuts. Cocktail hour opens the evening at 4:30pm, with dinner service beginning at 5:30pm.
Guests will gather at one long table set beneath the open sky.

The Setting
Dinner is set on the first fairway at Birch Hill Country Club, a golf course setting reimagined for the evening as an open air dining room. Guests dine under the sky with the course as backdrop, a setting entirely its own.
Good to Know
Attire is golf club appropriate. Collared shirts requested for gentlemen.
Bar service is cash and credit. Please plan accordingly.
